The brochure has a white couple smiling who are in their mid-twenties and appear to be in the upper middle class. There is nothing UPPER or CLASSY about these apartments. They are borderline projects, and no upper class white couple would EVER on their bad day consider living in this roach, spider, and mold-infested, welfare-recipient-living, non-english-speaking, repair-by-bandaid complex!

Maintenance - TERRIBLE
Management - WORSE THAN MAINTENANCE
Noise - HIGHEST LEVEL KNOWN TO MANKIND
Residents - AS BAD AS THE 3 INCH COCKROACHES
Construction - COMICAL & ILLOGICAL

Like clock work, there are at least three (3) "ice cream" trucks that come through the complex only AFTER dark, and they're always sold out of ice cream. Why do they come there, you think'

I wouldn't GIVE one of these apartments to a homeless person! I respect them more than that.

Oh My God, I forgot about the ice cream trucks! I never even thought about why they always came when it was getting dark. And I was never brave enough to come out of my apartment for ice cream anyway. Guess if I was in need of some crack, I would have made the effort.
