They have been redone with new everything and they are big with new managment

That must have been the manager... My BF and I came to visit and one of the first things we noticed are Mexican's EVERYWHERE!! Now, don't get me wrong, that's not a bad thing because the majority of them are very hard working and honest people, but these are the bottom of the bucket. These people were giving us EXTREEMLY DIRTY LOOKS! The "model" we viewed HAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE IN THE KITCHEN!!! Bad paint jobs inside the appartment, the grounds of the complex looks like it hadn't been done in years, paint peeling off of the exterior of the buildings, ratty cars everywhere, and don't even get me started with the kids that were getting off of the bus... HELL-YANS!!!! I'M TALKING ROSEMARY'S BABIES!!! These kids look like gang bangers and prostitutes--and these are just the kids; I can only imagine what the parents look like. I asked the leasing consultant that took us around if she knew about crime in the area, the look on her face told it all. All she said was that, "Well, I live in my own house. But you can talk to the manager about it." No thanks. We're leaving a rat hole in Winter Park (The Waterfall Condo's) and are not moving into another one.

This must have been posted by the manager or something cause they are so not big and better. I moved in 3/01/07 and liv in an apt like the one discribed by yavonn!

Yeah, I can tell that this was posted by the owner or manager. The only way to improve this apartment complex is to tear it down and throw out all the drug dealing prostituting gang banging trash and their demon spawn out in the streets. This part of Orlando is just a joke.
