I have lived here for about 5 months now and have enjoyed my stay so far. The apartment is spacious and the maintenance althought a bit slow is really good. During the hurricane the manager and the staff where present and assisted with most of our needs during our power outage and damage repair. The nieghborhood is okay...but I do see major improvements. The management has added security and things have gotten very quite around here. The people that seem to hate the new security seem to be the ones that have been also starting the trouble. But it's looks like they are moving out little by little. I would recommend this place!!!

Yeah, I lived there at this time and there was nothing done with security. I actually went to a friend's apartment near Winter Park during the hurricanes because we lived in an upstairs corner unit and it was so shoddily made that I didn't trust it to stand up to Charley, Frances, or Jeanne. The complex has a security gate, but it was always open to the trash that came in. My sister in law and I were followed from the corner gas station one night and the little teenage jerk that followed us had no trouble getting in. We had to drive around the complex four times until he finally gave up and left. No way was I going to let him see which apartment I lived in. Very scary.
