We moved here from up north by the recommendation by the staff. BIG MISTAKE!!! The pictures are very deceiving and it is no where to start a new life. The local pizza delivery businesses won't even deliver pizza here for the fear of safety and past experiences of robbery.The roaches are relentless and won't go away no matter what we do. There are drug deals going on 24 hours a day in front of my children. The --------- love to sit in front of your doorstep and be loud and drink alcohol all night long. My car has been keyed and the neighbors put glass liquor bottles behind the wheels of my car so my tires can be shredded. The --------- stare thru you like an x-ray everytime they see you. I have nothing against any race, but I do have something against a person that conducts theirself in a trashy manner like they do here. This place actually made me hate Florida and I have come to Florida all my life on vacations and used to love it. Thank God we broke the lease and moved out of here. We could only stand this plce for 2 months and that was too long here. I f you want to stay in a nice area, stay AWAY from Semoran Avenue and anything east of Orange Blossom Trail. I would not wish this place on a serial murderer and I am NOT exaggerating!

These people are not lying. I moved down from chicago and down here I was scared for my life. I was also fooled by pictures and a lying staff. If your moving from out of state live in orlando area suburbs such as the northeast side. Good neighborhoods here.

This was also my first apartment in Florida, and I too now hate Florida, because of this experience. I am Hispanic, but these --------- that live are rude people, you smile and say Hi to them and they look at you like you are crazy. No wonder people hate us!
