we moved in to the GETTO ON JAN 15,2007 go to the office and find out that the adress we originally was suppose to get was 5965 lyons st apt a was switched to 5913 lyons st apt a that started our days in hellwe get there i have everything set up at address 5965 and they put us in 5913 so here i am having to call ouc telphone company to move everything than we learned we could not have dish net work cause we was not on south side...ok it was ------ bright house we had to order.WE GET TO THE OFFICE GET OUR KEYS AND GET THE PAPER FOR THE WALK THREW .GET IN THE APT TO LEARN THAT THERE WERE SCREENS ON WINDOWS THAT DID NOT FIT ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE CARPETING IN BEDROOM HAD HOLES IN IT OTHER ROOM CARPET SMELLED MILDEW AND MOLD THREW OUT APT TILE FLOOR HAD HOLES IN IT SCREENS ON PATIO RIPED CLOSET and draw in kitchen busted sockets not working oh air condition out of order for two weeks..we than told them about all repairs told the girls in office about screens and also let them know my husband got bit by a poison spider and the screen s need to be fixed that did not happen til june let alone to get maintance it took two months or longer.the frist nite we were there gun shot go off in back of our window that really did it i was on depression pills from jan til end of aug.also the apt stunk from mild dew beside having moths fly at yu...went away in july to come home to gun shot again in apt complexafter that we said we are out of this ---- hole tired of seeing roaches and not having things fixedthat did it.april my husand fell on property cause it was never kept up broke his wrist well we are sueing them as well .food cant be delivered there cause its not a sfe place to even walk around in yu must lock doors at8pm and stay in cause of drugs drinking and guns next store to us at 5911 apt was destryoed by young thungs .DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS APT COMPLEX BECAUSE ITS A HELL HOLE AND APT S ARE BURING DOWN ONCE A WEEK AND MAINTANCE AND OFFICE STAFF SUCKS MY NAME IS STACY GERBER AND MY HUSBAND IS ADAM LEVINE

Call The Code Enforcement Division at 407-246-4444 and file a complaint f about what is broken in your apartment. They'll come to your apartment and inspect it. Then they can fine and/or force the landlord to fix what's broken.
