The apartment overall are nice but if you have to place a workorder forget about it. Either the office staff pretends they are taking a workorder or they pretend they are taking a workorder. Since I have lived in my apartment I have placed several workorders the only one that was allegedly taken care of was my initial and all others since then have been cast aside. Another thing roaches for $900 per month I don't see myself paying rent for myself and the roaches. This place is a joke and I will not be renewing my lease at the end of my contract.
