THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I'VE EVER LIVED IN. I LIVED THERE FOR 4YEARS AND MY DISHWASHER HAS NEVER WORKED WHEN I TOLD THE OFFICE THEY SAID THEY CAN SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT AND STILL I HAVENT SEEN ANYONE COME AND FIX IT. WHEN I ASKED FOR A NEW ONE THEY SAID THEY WOULDNT REPLACE IT ONLY THE APARTMENTS THAT THERE FIXING ARE ABLE TO GET ONE. MY SLIDING DOOR LOCK HAS NEVER BEEN ABLE TO LOCK. I DONT HAVE ANY DOORS FOR SOME OF THE KITCHEN CABINETS. THE FRONT DOOR DOESNT SHUT ALL THE WAY THERE IS A GAP AT THE BOTTOM. MY AC BILL IS IN THE 300 AND I SHARE THIS WITH MANY TENANTS. THE UNITS ARE OLD AND NON ENERGY SAVE. I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY SINK FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS. THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS PUT IN A WORK ORDER AND NOTHING IS BEEN FIXED. THE RENT IS FAR TOO HIGH TO NOT HAVE THESE APARTMENTS FIXED. DUE TO FINANCIAL ISSUES IAM NOT ABLE TO MOVE OUT. BUT I SURE WOULD LIKE TO BREAK MY LEASE AND GET THE HECK OUT.

I too live in these apartments and like the previous post I don't recommend these apartments to anyone. I have lived here for 6 months and once my lease is up I am outta here. Work orders are non-existent. I have a broken window which I called to report back in February that has still not been repaired. Did I forget to mention the roaches? It's ridiculous and I didn't bring roaches with me. There is also something wrong with the wiring in these units but let them tell it that's not true. If you like throwing away money then go ahead by all means move in here. They don't fix a damn thing but you better make damn sure you have the rent when it's due.
