Do NOT ever consider moving into Royal Isles. Also Known As The Royal Dump & the heart of the GHETTO. I thought i left the ghetto behind when i moved out of NYC. Unfortunately this Complex is even Worst than NYC. Im the same tenant who wrote the last review. Obviously im still living at this place because my lease is not up yet BUT im about to just pick up and RUN AWAY from this place. No progress. Just regressing more and more by the minute. I moved here without any knowledge of the complex or neighborhood because it was an emergency so i didnt have time to do research but LORD do i wish i would have. Im just writing this review to update everyone on how hell is going. Where do i begin' its just a shame. I feel like im living in a shelter or some mini projects perhaps. From Mothers on their patios getting drunk with their kids right next to them. Having gangs form up in front of their apartments. To people (grown women, kids, cats) fighting all throughout the complex. The lady from the office driving around in her car handing young children eviction letters for their parents.(unprofessional) What ever happened to being professional adults' I have seen her hand so many children them notes while yelling "tell your mother i need my money." They tell you rudely to break your piggy banks or call some relatives or just move out. Another thing is the pool. NEVER OPENED. also FILTHY. they say its close until spring. Its 82 degree today. everyone is melting and its still closed. (not like i would dare even swim in this complex)id rather swim in a swamp WITH alligators. The parking sucks. i have to park my car so many houses away and i only have 1 car so i dont understand the problem being that i pay rent here as well. So many things REALLY going on here and all the office cares about is rent on time. Im currently searching for another apartment. so i can jus break this lease because i cannot hack it. This place has me traumatized that every place i check out i have been doing extreme research on because this is a true nightmare. When i do move out i will post another review to tell you guys whats really happening here. I wont say now to protect myself and my family. But stay tuned. ooo hold on i forgot to mention the strangers from other complex's come to our tiny laundry room to wash their clothes their... ugh It feels so SAFE to live here..... (shaking my head)

Not surprised! I moved out of those apartments when my one year lease was up, and I could not wait. Not one neighbor said Hi to me in the entire time I was living there. It was depressing, I felt like I was living in Public housing. I was embarassed to have people come visit me. After that I moved to some other apartments which I thought were going to be better, but my kitchen was roach infested and somebody slashed all 4 of my tires about a month after I moved in there. The was the last straw for me, I decided Orlando was a nicer place to visit than to live. I sure could not afford to shell out $1000 a month for an apartment in a "safe" area, so I decided to move to North Carolina. Big difference now, and the rent is so much cheaper. For what I was paying in rent over there, here I have a 3 bdrm house.
