you must watchout for the bugs in all of the royal palms,royalsummitt and all of the mills renters. they fix up the iutside to buy you in and then you,ll be sorry. because tha bugs is so bad that's why they put on all those specials. but for me I just had a newborn and I can't stand to have bugs bitting on my baby. my two yearold have already been bitten by some bugs. I broke my contract and moved out. a recdent renters. terrible service
