This is my second year here and yes I will be moving after this year, but I will say that yes the place is ghetto and yes there has been two crime incidents right by my house but other than that, its pretty quiet. If you keep to yourself its not so bad...but i didnt have a bad problem with bugs...as i am a very clean person, I just cleaned up my kitchen every night before going to bed and kept food particles off of the counters and floor. I must say that the staff has always been very polite to me when ive called the couple of times with an issue, and has been prompt to fix the problem (thank you). I do however, need to say that the insides of the apartments seriously need updating and really need a makeover as they seem to just paint over the 'old' to try and make it look newer which doesnt work lol.
