Whats the point of advertising amenties if they are not workable. I lived in madsion pointe from 2005 summer to 2006 summer,not one time was the pool open.The laundry facility is nasty and the machines never work. Everytime management personnel was contacted they had no answers to when it was gonna be repaired. The management team is a bunch of very NON-PROFESSIONAL I have ever dealt with. Especially the new management they had take over in August 2006. They went from apartment to apartment to assist damages and take note of all repairs that needed to be done....And a month later nothing was still done.(We are working on it,so they said) They stated pest control was included not 1 time I ever seen a pestial person in the complex to spray. Then they tell u,u have to sign up for it...Sign up WHY' You know these apartments are infested...U know we are paying for it...Why do we need to sign a paper to get it' I dont settle for less for my family so why should anyone else. If u looking for bad serives this is the place for you.They have painted the place and changed the name....big deal...The compex still sucks...nothing internal has changed!
