On Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at approximately 024:40 AM, Tonjay Smith, aka "Mike" was murdered inside the Royal Summit Apartments located at 3024 S. Rio Grande Ave. This is "not" the only homicide that has happened in this Apartment Complex, because "earlier" this same year a "double-muder" took place here, it happened some where around the months of April-May '08. This is one "HOT" Property and not the "good way".

Property Management "run" by Miles Properties, Office in Atlanta, GA is "neglectful" , "uncaring", "rude", "obnoxious", "threatening" and all around "uncorteous", even the previous management staff left, although they were "nice" but were "forced" out by someone from Management.

Some Tenants and neighbors are "loud", "vulgar" , do "drugs" and don't care about anyone else. The "Only" reason I'm still living here is because of my lease, but once it's up, I'm gone. I've called the Property's Security (CSI) on various ocasions just to quiet some neighbors in the middle os the night. Drugs and Guns are the order of the day. I'm fed up but "unfortunately" I have to wait.

I can't "believe" you had such a "horrible" stay at "this" apar"tment" complex.
