A Great Place to Live

This is a great place to live. They have some small problems, but for the most part they fix what is broken in a timely manner, the office staff is friendly, and they keep up the grounds.
The small problems that I have deal with the people that live around me. People that leave their garbage and cigarette butts all over the place. They don't pick up after their dogs. The other problem deals with the structure of the building itself. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs. You can hear the people above me all the time.
