Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I mean don't sign a lease that is. I lived there for two years, gave them my hard earned money, and they turned around and screwed me when I left. Only to find out from my new apartment complex, they are notorious for stacking on additional cleaning and "repair charges" when you leave. I hired a professional cleaning company when I moved out, and it was so clean I would have eaten off the floor. But about two months after I moved a received a cleaning and repair bill for about $1,000.
