The management at these apartments are the worst I have ever seen. They ignore all requests you give them, and they "stalk" you with "courtesy calls" over ridiculous things like leaving your bathroom exhaust fan on too long. Roaches are terrible and our apartment was infested with black mold. Both were never addressed after multiple complaints by us to the management office. The management has nasty attitudes, by the time we moved out (we just lived out our 11 month lease), all the good employees had left. Turnover was high, and it was a miserable place to pull into. Things that were broken when we moved in, were promised they'd be fixed within 24 hours never were...broken venetian blinds, broken closet door, etc. Many times I'd come home from the late ---- at work and the flood lights would be broken, I would be walking in the pitch black. When I would call the office they would simply say, "we'll work on it" but wouldn't for days. There are many places to live in Orlando, do not make the mistake of choosing Sabal Palm at Lake Buena Vista.
