My God where to start...
I moved here sight unseen and remember the question I asked that would have been the determining factor of our even considering moving here...
??What are the neighbors like??'?? ??

I wasn??t asking if my neighbor was white, or black, or ---, or sacrificed chickens, I was asking what my neighbors were like. I thought that someone like myself moving from a long distance away and giving up their support group could find out what was happening around the apartments. Like if I moved here for a career am I now stuck with partying jerk offs from the CP program at WDW?? and yes there are a few, but there are also 14 more buildings I never even met here??So here are a few things that I wish I knew before I decided to sign my lease here:
??I didn??t hear about the murders until after we moved in.
??The streetlamps are great for security and making me feel like tanning while I am TRYING to sleep at 4am.
??Due to the major roads inconvenience, I get to hear every single passing drunken conversation and booming car stereo at all times of the evening / morning when they go to 7-11.
??Many people (not all) have absolutely no respect for their neighbors.
??If your neighbor thinks that they will be loud and annoying inside their apartment on the cell phone, there??s a good chance they will respect their own guests and go out on their balcony for you to hear it at 3am.
??MY neighbors drive cars that look like planes and should be in the Fast & Furious 7 ?? for god??s sake someone tell them to please paint their car one solid color.
??My next door neighbor thinks his apartment is the BET soundstage, and I get to hear an electronic repetitive heartbeat over the sound of my TV with my bedroom door closed through my bedroom wall.
??My neighbor also has 4 children in the apartment who use the wall and floors as their own drums and banging instruments as early as 6am and I am still left asking how the hell 4 kids fit into a 1 bedroom apt'
??The maintenance guys are good and do things quickly. But I shouldn??t have had to see them as often as I did.
??Insist you get new or clean rugs when you move in, because I thought that??s what I got, but my feet and socks were always black-from walking around in my own apartment
??The new paint job looks like the dog crap that is scraped off the bottom of my shoe when walking to my apartment and I am trying to figure out where the damn dog is that continuously craps on our sidewalks
??The sprinkler system is doing a great job hydrating the parking lot, a probable reason they had to seal it
??Why is it that I was told that I had a courtyard view and I have a view of 7-11 and the sun spree hotel where we get to hear drunken fights and one lucky night that someone pulled a gun!! Oh joy!
??Why is it that I had to get rid of my furniture because it didn??t fit because the floor plans are incorrect in terms of size on the website'
??The apartment is so filthy that I have to change the air filters every other week because the black ??soot like?? dust collects on the vents as well as the ceiling fan blades.
??I love watching people stumble home drunk and piss on parked cars because they can??t even make it back to their own damn apartment-respect' Common sense'
??A front office that informs me of Pizza Thursdays and pool parties yet never answers the phone when you call, and has a horrible reputation for screwing people over on their returned security deposits etc.. Was there any truth to the class action lawsuit I heard about'

Well I??d like to drop some more knowledge on you, but I have some belongings to pack so I can leave this place.
Did it serve its purpose' Yes.
Was it convenient in terms of location and proximity to Walgreen??s and 7-11 and other places' Yes.
Do I have good memories of living here' No, not really.
Would I live here knowing what I know now??' No.

You Make The Call?? I just wish that I knew what I relayed here when I was faced with my decision however??
