Moving into this "community" was a mistake! The apartments themselves are ancient with appliances that are probably older than myself! The people that live around me are terrible, having parties and blaring music during the week at 3am!!! I feel like I'm living in low income housing, yet paying an unreasonable amount of money for rent!!! I don't dare walk my dog once the sun goes down and am constantly looking around my shoulder if I do have to go outside in the dark! I can't wait to move out of this place! If you're looking for a nice, peaceful, quiet, friendly community, this one is not for you!!!

i have the same problem. my advice is to call the non-emergency hot-line if your neighbors are still causing headache (407.836.4357). it's what i have resorted to doing. the courtesy officer never shows when the problem is going on. good luck!
