I have lived here for four years now and am working on my fifth. Overall, I think this is a very acceptable place to live considering the price and the area. I know the apartments are old (about 20 years I think), but I think they are still in good shape. Don't expect any upgraded ammenities or anything, but everything is still perfectly usable. I enjoy the grounds a lot. It's hard to find mature trees in Orlando that can shade your car from the hot sun, but this place has them. The pools are always clean and not crowded or crazy. The office staff is decent for the most part, but props go out to Carol the manager for keeping everything together. If there is ever a big problem, go to her and be realistic with her and she will help you out. If you go all crazy on her, then don't expect respect in return.

Things that I don't particularly care for are that it's not a gated community, so anyone can get in...and they do. I've never had any immediate security threats, but I'm sure they are possible being in a very busy area. The price can sometimes be a little high. They like to charge according to other apartments in the area, even though they are nowhere near in ammenities and quality. Don't get me wrong, they are great apartments, but don't charge me the same price as the place next door that has real wood cabinets, nice lighting, big windows, newer construction, and a gated entrance. Parking can be bad if you get home late at night, but not usually too bad.

All in all, I DO think this is a great place to live. It's close to Disney, convenient, and a good value.
