The location of the apartment complex is very convenient, HOWEVER: the rental office staff is very very uncooperative, they will charge you for every small service and they will come after you for every nickel and dime, and the staff will never accomodate any of the renter's comforts like paying more than 1 month's rent in full ( we were out of the USA on 1st of a month on vacation, and wanted to pay that month's rent in advance, but they did not accept. They say that you can pay online, however there was some glitch in the system and we failed to pay the rent on time, and when we came back, they are fighting to extract the enormous $100 as a late fee!!!!!!!!!!!)...it is horribly frustrating. Besides, the included features like the swimming pool, gym, room fixtures are all below standard. Try to avoid renting this place. There are much better places within 2 miles of this black hole for your money.
