to see so many complaints. We moved down here for collge in Dec and had absolutely no luck with any of the 10 or so places we were looking. We stumbled upon this place purely by accident and loved it. It's very homey to us and we love it. The leasing agent was great, they fixed the small thing they needed to, always have maintainance done quickly and are always working to improve the grounds. There are constantly people cleaning up, repainting, trimming tress, etc. It's nothing brand new or anything, but I think it's great and peaceful. I'm very suprised to see so many negative reviews. There is occasionally someone we can hear outside but not very often, and the staff has always been wonderful to us. I'm very glad we found it, it's close to EVERYTHING and in a great location. I absolutely love it!

You are even blind or stupid to believe their crap. They will treat you like this at the beginning just for you to sign your lease, they will go back to their nasty treatment shortly. Look for Carole the mnanager to be the first to do that.

i think that guy who got better experience ...doesn`t exist at all...they ll try to cover those bad reviews which make them the worst apt-complex in orlando by throwin some shiny reviews on this web-site..soon or later they`ll get charged for descrimination and concealment even they don`t work with licenses..just post ur complain to dbpr or fha...frec..they`ll take care of them

Okay, well if I was sure you weren't some nasty creep which is a possibility I'd give you my apt number to show you how real I am. I am not paid by/have NO affiliation with Sabal Palm other that the fact that I live there. I actually just renewed the lease for a 2nd year. All I have to say is if it's so ghetto and not good enough for you then get the hell out. I'm fairly sure nobody would miss you :)
