Work is Needed at Sabal Palm

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have been living in Sabal Palm a little more than a year. When we first moved in the throughways were clear and cars could actually drive through. Now large industrial sized vehicles rule the streets and the management has done little about it. I have seen pictures being taken, but even on October 5, 2004 there was a large utility van blocking the way on the street parallel to Raleigh.
The dog problem: who are the tenants who have large dogs fooling. All they have to do is get a plastic bag, get a pooper scooper, and clean up. The folks with the dogs look at you like you don't know what they're doing ... but you know .. they are going outside the barrier to let the dog doo-doo for free. Humm, the property is still Sabal Palm.
The open gates, I don't like it, but as long as the kids from other complexes cannot just use the pool like they've been doing all year can't get into the pool, I would love it.
The management consist of bunch of girls that really can't handle the issues. The tennis court is never swept; kids use their skateboards on the tennis court anytime they want; little scooter buzz around the massive cars in the parking lot contrary to the policy.
Oh, the parents that park their cars at the exit for the kids at the bus stop ... atrocious. My kids are at the stop, but if I want to watch them I walk over there!
So, what do I think' Well, they people in the office can't manage. The sit and quite literally do their nails. When I rented the place they pitched professional area. Now its a free for all.
1. How about some badges for the staff and authentication when you go to the pool'
2. How about an ID check when you get your package from the office'
3. How about some reprimands for the folks that have dogs and don't clean up'
4. How about some towing of the huge cars in the roads'
5. What about the policy that cars must be off the streets and into the garages'
The fact is that the management is inconsistent and very afraid of the residents. The situation is a little hopeless.
