We moved here about a year and a half ago. Loved the actual apartment (size, layout..etc.) Can't get anyone in the office to fix anything!! Disposal in kitchen constntly broken. Air condition unit too small to really cool down entire apartment. We have to close the vents in the second bedroom to cool the living room. I had to clime through a window in the laudry room to get my clothes out of the dryer becuse the card reading system went down and ther was no other way to get in. The office staff blew me off when I brought this up and said there was nothing they could do. Security gates are a joke. Kids are always in the parking lot getting in the way of cars passing by. Parking is crap! We cannot even ge a spot in front of our appartment and none of the cars that are parked there have resident stickers. Yet nothing is done. The sprinkler system is nothing more than faucets shooting water everywhere causing huge puddles and lots of mud. Our neighbor's apartment was broken into and the office staff blamed it on them!!! Any complaints I have made have been ignored and now wehn I go in the office they are very rude. Our lease is up in 2 months and we cannot wait to get out of here. If we had known what kind of neighborhood this really was we never would have moved here. REally going down hill and FAST!
