Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived at Sabal Palms from 2001-2003. In that time it went from one of the nicest (and Priciest) communities in metrowest to one of the scariest. I never had a problem with management, equity was a pretty good company Minus the whole recent lawsuit thing. But the Area of Raleigh St is becoming a dangerous (High Crime area) The local Apartments on Raleigh and Westgate have not helped this by lowering the rent. I would rent from Equity again though.
