I have lived on the townhome side of Sabal Palm for almost 3 years now. My aparment is not only gorgeous, it is huge, my neighbors are some of the nicest people around and the maintenance guys are so great. There are kids everywhere and I really don't like children, but maybe their parents should take more responsibility for them. The office staff is not the after-school police. As far as crime is concerned, we don't live in Mayberry. Orlando is a big city and stuff happens. You know what you can do'' Try locking your doors and use the alarm that comes with the apartment. Doggie poo can be an issue, but that will be so anywhere you go.
If you are apartment shoppping and want a nice apartment, I would recommend Sabal Palm. Don't listen to all the people who are obviously miserable in general.
