Very nice place at first site, but dont be fooled. Office staff IS VERY rude. Our rent has gone up twice and now this time they REQUIRE everyone to buy liability insurance! And guess what... the insurance company is owned by these apartments. One day i walked outside and found a "Notice to Tow" on my windshield due to "EXPIRED TAG". Well.. the tag was NOT expired. OH, they also tacked on a PEST CONTROL fee to our rent.
