Why do people think that just because they are out of town, they do not have to pay utilities. It makes NO sense to me at all. You know that it is part of your rent, so why ----- about it' And I am sure that just because you gave your notice, they are not nit picking everything that you do. And how are they to know that you are out of town on business' They do not have time to hold everyone's hands that live on this property. Why would you expect them to call you to remind you to pay your bills' Think about it!
