The property overall is OK. Nothing really special, but the grounds are always clean, they do a good job keeping the pools in working order, grass is always mowed and the plants are always green, etc.

The maintenance staff is always helpful and they generally wave a friendly hello if they ride past you on their golf cards.

HOWEVER... The office staff is another matter entirely. Keep in mind, I'm not a "problem tenant". I pay my rent on time, don't make any noise, get along with my neighbors, etc. But, for whatever reason, the office staff acts like a bunch of cats that just got thrown into a lake. Even if I just drop into the office to pay my rent, I'm made to feel like I'm an inconvenience to them, and god forbid I have a delivery that I need to pick up..... There's one guy that works in the office that is always in a good mood, and all you can do is hope that he's the one there when you go in.

If they don't like their jobs, they should find new ones, not take it out on their customers, ie residents.

It's sad that something like office staff can be so bad that it makes you dislike where you live.

I don't know for certain who the handful of people are on here who are saying the office staff is "great", but I have a pretty good idea.........
