Thought is would be great because its in Metro West. I was lied to about a few things when moving in. Bugs in the apartment all the time. I asked management to come spray for it and they did such a quick job it didnt help. I now spend 20.00 a month on something to do it myself. Fridge was broke when I moved in. Heater broke when it was being fixed I showed some mold to the guy fixing it and he said just spray some bleach on it like that my job. One reason I moved in was because it had a gate, they never work, they are always open. When they are working they stay open so long cars just line up and wait for someone to come home and follow in behind you. The gate stays open long enough for 5 cars to drive in. Dont bother paying extra for the covered parking because people park in your spot everyday. I talked to management about this and was told they would ordered a sign but it doesnt work because people park they after the office closes and they know nobody is around to call a towing company. When I asked management whats the point posting a warning sign if there isnt anyone around to tow the car I was told thats not the Sabal Palm way to have cars towed. The office staff is Rude and unprofessional if you ever talk to them after moving in. Two months after moving in someone was shot in front of the complex. At this time I found out someone had been mudered in an apartment at Sabal Palms a few month earlier.
