I lived here and Strongly Disliked it. Basically, there was a lot of dishonesty and unethical behavior by the leasing office. They overcharged me; only to find that out 6 months later, when I tried to sublease my apt. and was given the conditions. I complained to management (he didn't take action and basically said i lied). So I called Corporate... THEY CONFIRMED what i said; based on my contract and the previous person's lease. So, management apologized but by then i had dealt with numerous issues with attitudes in the leasing office. I got out of my lease, but really not worth the money to live! The gates were never working, and once I was trying to show my apt. to a potential subleaser and the leasing agents were cursing up a storm staring outside at someone being arrested. Metrowest has plenty of other places to live; The added stress from this place is not worth this overpriced apt.!

Oh, and my Electricity/Water bill was ridiculously high!

When you people are complaining maybe you should also say what side you live on. There are 2 sides. I live at Phase 2 and I love it here. I never have any problems with the office or maintenance. And why is it that all of you are so quick to ----- about the bad and not say one good thing about the good?
