I just want to state that these are the worst apartments I've ever lived in...My house is constantly filled with little ants and no one is taking care of that...The gates never work and when they do only one side works..There is no security with all the crime that goes on in the area.... I can say that the leasing office staff is some what nice to me because I pay my rent on time..Which is extremely expensive for a little apartment in the middle of ghetto Metrowest..I heard so many great things about the area and that Sabal Palms but this the last time I would stay in a area right across the street from the ghetto and in apartments that are extremely over priced for nothing in return...THIS PLACE SUCKS! My lease is up in January but I will be breaking it because its not worth the 900 a month for a one bedroom....
