I live in Sabal Palm right now in phase 2. My lease is coming up at the end of the month and I didn't renew it because I am looking for more space. The office staff has been wonderful, I haven't heard a noise the whole time I have been here. I have not had one thing break, never had to call maintenance, and never had a problem with neighbors. I have never had anything vandalized or stolen, nor have i ever seen mold or roaches. Once, I saw a small spider and I was shocked because it was the first time I had ever seen a bug in our apartment. When I moved in, everything was brand new, and we kept it that way. It is very clean and I love the pools, except once in awhile there is a bee problem, but that's a nature problem.

I am moving into Sabal Palm in JULY , thank you for posting something positive about the complex. My apartment is a 4 bedroom 3 bath in Sabal Palms II.
