I moved into Sabal Palm Phase II in October of last year. Some of the reviews on here scared me and I was not sure that I had made the right decision before I moved in. In the past year I have been very happy hear and have not had any of the problems that some other people had listed. The office staff have always been very nice whenever I needed anything and Maintenance has been very fast about fixing things. The valet trash is so great especially when you live on third floor and I was very glad to find no parking problems (at least for me) when I come home every night. It is also really cool being just 2 miles from Super Target! I just renewed my lease and would reccomend this apartment to others!

I have lived here for 3 months now and this is the best place I have ever lived. Everyone in the office is so nice they made me feel at home since the first day I was here. Yes metrowest has kind of a bad rap lately but it's really not too bad, Maria and John are quick to take care of any problems that I have.
