I moved here in Oct 2005 and I thought it was decent enough. From the start there was nothing but problems. First, the apartment did not look clean at all when I moved in. I trusted the staff to show me the model apartment, which was a big mistake. Next, the noise through the floors are louder than I have ever experienced. This lead to complaints to the management which after misleading me for months finally told me there was nothing they could do. After the summer they changed staff and started letting in a different type of crowd, The noise levels seem to increase instead of going down. The upstairs renters had more people in and out of there then normal, I guess there was people living there not on the lease. And to be honest we tried never to be outside at night be cause of the recent crimes. Most of the time the management were unfriendly for no reason at all. Also, They don't do anything about the kids being loud around the tennis courts until the late hours. We were so happy to leave there, I found a home to rent for the same money!
Please for your own good, If you like clean, quiet, crime free, family living, stay far away from Sabal Palm.
