My neighbors car was broken into and he has threatened my children and me that he would shot me. The police we called and in less than 10 mins they said that they searched the apartment and did not find any weapons. I know that this person is probably not even on the lease. He is a young --------american male who weighs 120 pounds and decided to threaten me a professional ------- female when I questioned him about threatening my children with a GUN. His girlfriend was white so I guess that is why the police decided to not write a report nor anything. Sad to say the police have a tendency not to write any reports when they come out to Metrowest. I am scared to live (stay another day) in Metrowest . Now that my life has been threatened by some young punk who beat-up car was broken into. Sad that he wants to blame everyone he comes in contact with. Sad to say maybe he owes someone money or he has an enemy out there. I could not imagine that he would have an enemy, a young male who pulls a gun on children and curses their parents out and threatens their life. If he kill me tomorrow this is my documentation of the harassment for a neighbor who has not been in the complex for a month while I have lived here for a year and a half, I know that I am crazy to live here but now I will move when my lease is up. By the way he lives in 1504

First of all, what does the police NOT arresting him have to do with Sabal Palm? Did you tell the manager about the harassment? Maybe the reason why the police didn't arrest him is because you sound like a nut. Who cares if he's ------- American? Do you KNOW where you live? METROwest. Metro. The city. Of course there are going to be AAs there. You sound like a complete racist and idiot. If you don't want to be around AAs, move to a farm or something, with your three devils...I mean, children. You're saying that the police didn't arrest a man who pulled a gun on you just because his GIRLFRIEND is white? You're an idiot.
You don't sound too scared if you're putting his apartment number up here. I'm not only sending this to the manager, but I'll be leaving it on the young man's door and let him know what a nut you are. Sounds like HE needs the protection.

I don't think that wanting to live in a safe environment with for yourself and children makes you a reacist. as the writer said she is AA also. The area is very misleading, nice during the day and crime ridden at night. here at copper terrace/ city west we had several cases or robbery and it is not suprising that a frightened resident would want to warn potential victims of a neighbors violent rants. The purpose of this website is to do just that. I am concidering moving to sabal palms and appreciate knowing that 1504 could be a potential problem.
