I have lived @ Sabal Palm since 06' I really didn't have any issues with this place until I moved into another unit. First, consider yourself warned, DO NOT MOVE INTO BUILDING 3!, these have to be the nastiest group of neighbors that I have ever witnessed. One of the residents allow their dog to piss in the breezeway and this could be the same resident, but I am not sure, but someone allows there dog to ---- right at the bottom of the stairway.I just have to hope that this is not how their parents taught them to relieve themselves and come on people the breezeway is only so big, after jumping over ---- and stepping over piss, I have to dodge fallen trash cans that nobody wants to pick up. If this is how the outside of your apartment is treated let's just take a minute and imagine the inside of the apartment( can you say Lysol)! Anyway,I hope while management is putting worthless Chinese food menus on our doors that someone will take an interest in the apearance of the property since the dumbasses who work all day to pay rent here don't seem to!
