First off maintenance staff is outstanding. I've never had a problem with them. Always courteous and quick to fix any problem withing their means. Thats about the only positive thing I can say about this place. Extremely shady accounting. I've gotten a few letters from the office stating I am being fined for late rent payments or that I haven't paid rent in the last few months. However their tune did a complete 180 when they were confronted with evidence (ie checks they have cashed) refuting their claim. I say again, this has happened more than once. People get mugged here. Neighbors are rude. You pay for what you get: Low rent and whole lot of low lifes. I even broke my lease to leave the property and was refunded a portion of my security deposit only to receive a letter in the mail stating I owe them an amount equal to the security deposit they refunded me. I urge any decent person to stay very far away from this place. Crime in the area is high and the complete incompetence and stupidity of the office staff shows in their lack of professionalism and accounting. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
