Honestly,what a joke. A "gated" apartment' I can count on one hand the number of times the gates have actually worked. The staff is completely incompetent, despite their delusions of grandeur. They will tell you that since new management came in, there are no more problems, but they are lying. SAVE YOURSELVES!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! Seriously, look over these reviews, don't take them lightly. Go around the corner to the complex on Hiawassee or down a block or two to Conroy, but save yourselves some frustration and stay away from this sorry excuse for a business. The complaints on this site are all valid, it's getting more ghetto everyday, and the police are here nearly every night. If something doesn't work in your apartment, suck it up because they won't fix it....cheap appliances, cheap workmanship.
