now that iv said that let me point out why i hate this place.
10 like the previous poster the office staff is ridiculously inadequate to manage themselves let alone this property.
2) security is ridiculous (we have car thefts and break ins all the time)
a man was just arrested for killing his significant other right around the corner he is clinically insane (with a history of rape) and the management let him live here. people get car jacker broken into and robbed on a weekly basis.
3)management as of 6 months ago was ridiculous they will let 15 people live in a 3/2 and throw parties no matter how much i complained they did nothing. i on numerous occasions almost ran over little kids with no parent supervision who are allowed to run around in the street as they pleased.
4) parking is awful i have a c1500 longbead and there is no way i can park in my driveway 80% of the time. the housing is laid out so tight that you cant own more than 2 cars and if you have a freind stop by good luck he/she has to park in the middle of the street futher causing problems for other tennants.

witch brings me to my conclusion.
crammed parking, no real management, constant theft/break ins, people killing others, anyone with a deposit is allowed to live here, 15 people in 1 house, children unsupervised to the point it deadly for them, bass shaking the crappy houses at 2am.
sounds exactly like the GHETTO doesn't it. honestly this is the last place anyone on the earth should live. COME ON EQUITY GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND CLEAN THAT CRAPPY PLACE UP.

IS VERY SAD, I HAVE THE SAME SITUATION, ACTUALLY I HAVE TO GO TO COURT WITH THEM AND IM MOVING OUT OF THAT GHETTO PLACE.... IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND GHETTO. NOT SAFE AND SCARY
