I have lived here for almost 2 years at Sabal Palms Phase 1 and NEVER ONCE have I had a problem or have been hassled! We live in the city, there will be crime, stop asking for trouble and it will never find you! There are over 500 apartments and resident living here and if there are only 98 ------ comments left about my community, who cares. I am sure their cheap asses couldnt afford it anyway and got evicted, not to mention if you obided by and your lease agreement that you sign, you would know exactly what you were getting yourself into. I love all my neighbors because they are classy people, I am glad that these ignorant folk that have nothing nice to say didnt last long. This is a high standard community, they were prob trying to piss you off so you would leave! It's problem resident like all of you that hurt the morale of the property! Not to mention this property is almost completely leased! My sister tried coming to lease and they had NOTHING available. They are obviously doing something right if hardly anyone is leaving and they are still leasing! THANK YOU SABAL PALMS FOR BEING SUCH A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME!

This is the worst place ever. The apartments are horrible and so is the crime. The management is even worse...no help what so ever. People are rude and no response to any complaints. DON"T MOVE HERE!!!!!!

This is not a "high standard" community. In fact, they have LOWERED their standards in the past few years. Somebody told us that when they lived at Sabal Palm in 2001, rent rates were double what they are now. That suggests that Sabal Palm has had to lower their rent rates in order to get people to live in their apartments, which are otherwise SEVERELY declining in quality. To call this place "classy" and "high standard" is an absolute joke!

I need to sit down to laugh at this. Who wrote this?? The Property Manager or the Assistant? This place is ghetto, bad as Pine Hills. Where is that u live?? Classy neighbors, well maybe I am your next neigbor. That's definettly what it is.

Are you listening to yourself,you are truly dumb. Are you getting paid to say these wonderful things about this drug dealing,roach living place. I can bet my life on it you work in that office. This property is not classy or high standard. I dont think you know the difference.

WOW.. WOW.. WOW.. I must admit this is crazy, wacky community.I have lived in Sabal palms for about a year now.. Honestly i have never witnessed a crime, However i have recieved several notices regarding different incidents. The complex needs to address the security issue. Oh may bad there is no security. Yes the units are nice.. most have roaches, ants, etc.. lots of maitenance issues.. it's by far not the worst place to live.. but for the money it should be alot better.. They don't do anything for the residents.. maybe a get together once a year.. They have had several office personel in the year i've been here.. And hell no it isn't upscale at all.. Is't simple to solve..Better employees and more money put into the property would solve alot of issues..
