This place is Ghetto. I moved in almost 30 days ago and am exercising the 30 days guarantee to move if you're not satisfied and I can't wait to get out. First of all, the office staff is friendly when you are moving in but that's it. Once you're here they don't even acknowledge you. When I went in to tel Maria (Property Manager) about my concerns with the property she just sat there with this smug look on her face like she could care less almost mocking you. Second, maintenance is horrible. The first time I used my dishwasher I had water all over the floor because the hose under the sink was not connected and it took almost a week to get that taken care of and only because I called constantly and went to the office every day until it was fixed. The kitchen light broke and it took forever for them to fix it and only because I kept calling and stopping in the office. The other things I had on my list...STILL not done. The apartment was not clean when I moved in. The filter for the furnace was off and there was black soot all over everything. The apartment is pretty but that's the only good thing about this place. The complex is dirty. There is always trash and mail flyers all over by the mailboxes. The pool area always has trash all over the ground. While my son was visiting, every time we went to the pool we always had to pull chairs or trash out of the pool. And last but not least, security.....there is none. Nine out of ten times when I come in, there is always at least one car waiting to run the gate after me. One time I came home and there were a bunch of police cars and a helicopter flying overhead looking for someone. Another time I heard all this noise out front and looked out my window and a bunch of kids were laying on top of my car.

I cannot wait to leave this hell hole tomorrow. This is probably the worst month I have ever had in my life.

If you like management being rude to you and living with trash all over the complex and not feeling safe then this place would be perfect for you.....as for me I'm out of here tomorrow and can't wait.

This place isn't ghetto at all. I've been here for 3 months and I haven't seen anything wrong with it,at lest nothing different then any other apartment complexes. The gates is always open but I like it that way just because it's easier to get in and faster. An most of the people that tale gate to get in live here, like me.

I'm willing to bet bloodandroses13 is an employee...more then likely Gina Duce. But at least it's nice that they try and lie to cover their tracks. And the mangement is even worse!!
