DO NOT RENT HERE, I RENTED THERE BY MISTAKE,IN DECEMBER, SINCE THEN, THEY BROKE INTO 3 APARTMENTS THAT I KNOW OF, AND 12 CARS WERE BROKEN INTO.. MANAGEMENT ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY,, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY NEIGHBOR THAT TRIED TO KILL HIS GIRLFRIEND WITH A KNIFE,,OVERALL NOT A SAFETY PLACE AT ALL,,THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHAT , ALWEAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE,, AND CAREFULL WITH ---------------------------- IN THE OFFICE HIS EVIL,,, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING HE GIVES YOU WITHOUT AN ATTORNYS ADVISE,,,, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNRNED,,,ALSO GET READY TO PAY 60,00 FOR YOUR WATER BILL,, THEY ARE THIFTS, THEY DONT HAVE METERS PER UNIT,, THEY DIVIDED BY BUILDINGS,,

Hi, I haven't had any problems with break-ins near me, but I hear the other side is pretty bad. I also agree with the water bill.. they told me it would be twenty a month when I moved in, and its been about $50.00. ----- is a jerk most of the time. I have been looking for new apartments, but i do have to say, that for what i pay here it's pretty nice. Most of the other places in the area are a smaller apartment for more money.. You just have to learn how to play the game. Try going to Erica when something goes wrong- she's been really nice and helped me with alot of small problems I've had here. Also, if you need any maintenance, have the guy with the long beard come.. he is really nice and does a good job the first time. Hope this helps. -fellow sabal palmer

You are right!!! He is evil! And from what an OPD officer told me it is safer across the street. I wish I would have looked somewhere else first or continued my search!! The office has lost my paperwork and file more times then I can count, complaints often go with out being addressed or resolved and the staff leaves a lot to be desired! There is a guy who works there, nice but very dumb. A girl in the front office who is a real B--ch. The only person even worth dealing with would be the spanish girl...sorry I forgot your name. And management is just a joke!! I think the hormone have gone to the managers head from being prego. And from what I understand it is no different across the street! Differnet office and same rude management. But the really funny part is that when I was looking they bashed each other. Who does that?? I went and toured at phase 1 with a spanish guy and he stated that they were better and the guy in my front office (side 2) said the same. He told me how unsafe it was and even told me that there was a couple of murders there! That is why I leased on that side. I guess I was wrong about both sides. How has the managemnt company not looked into them yet?

I am currently looking into renting an apt at sabal palms and I have alot of negative reviews when it comes to the safety and thief. Do you all have anything to tell me that might help?
