The apartments are in horrible condition, the gates are NEVER working, the workers are totally unhelpful and know nothing, and they towed my car for no reason! When I asked them why, they kicked me out and trespassed me! The only reason I got out of them was "It's our property we can tow whoever we want." They frequently mess up bills and will not admit their errors and expect you to pay for them.

Don't let them trick you into thinking that none of the good reviews go unposted. The fact of the matter is that the rating is pretty indicative of the quality of service you can expect from this place. Fortunately, I have not had any issues lately, but that doesn't change my feelings. The only reason I know that they would tow your car is for expired plates because it happened to me. They put a warning on my window on a Thursday and towed my car the next Thursday. I was pretty pissed to say the least because I was really going to take care of them that day because it's when I get paid.

Sable Palm at Metro West is horrible. The office staff is ridiculous and the property is horrible. We got evicted from there and that was only because they tampered with our lease and raised our rent without are knowledge. We paid the amount that was on our lease papers and then almost a month later we were served with eviction papers because what we paid didn't match what they had changed on our lease. Needless to say... now we can't rent anything due to them being so shady and giving us an eviction. Most horrible place ever.

Its normally not the apartment complex that toe you you care-the police drives around looking for vehicles with expied plates and the city is who toes cars. I do agree that they know nothing about nothing. My mother did a transfer from one apartment to another and I moved out to an entirely new complex-mind you this was in march 09. Till this day water bills are forwarded for the old apartment in my name. I called the water company and they told me its the property management that needs to take me off the account as I am no longer residing in that complex. Then messed up thing was my mother received an eviction notice for unpaid water and had to borrow money to pay it. Come to find out they had my mother pay for water on the old account in addition to the bill for her new apartment. Up until now no one from the office has tried contacting my mother to resolve this issue nor have they apologized for their error while being rude to her as if she couldn't pay her fees owed. They are just a bunch of incompetent individuals who have a poor way of dealing with their tenants with respect. If they read this they know which tenant this is.

I'm glad to know this is an awful place to live at. I heard from someone in Fla. that it is a nice place, yet now i realize this person is living with their girlfriend and daughter and now she yolanda is pregnant again. no way,I call the office and a female was rude, who works in the office and i do not even reside there. Thx a bunch people for the insight. No way.I apologize its the 6168 raleigh metrowest1
