new manager

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I moved in 7/2007 and there was always issues. The grounds never kept clean, trash smell everyday. New manager took over and he treats people with no respect even tried to charge for a pool and gym pass how stingy are you when this complex has more families that need help and don't make that kind of money that's why there are income guidelines. The managers demenir is dispicable. I thank god I got out when I could. Concord Management has some nerve. Hopefully the state will see them for who they really are!
