The first year of rental was problem free, however as soon as the second year started I had nothing but problems. Flooded apartment and bugs! Thankfully there is now new management and things have been fixed though with much aggrevation on my part trying to get things fixed. It is better now, but I am not sure the aggrevation of the last few months is worth it.
