The office staff is not friendly at all, in fact they pretty much ignore the tenants, if you have a problem with something it takes them weeks to address it and if they don't see it as a problem you're out of luck. They should not be working with the public for they are phoney and have no personality, but when it comes time to collect the rent you can be assured they are grining from ear to ear, as for the apartments they are nice, small bugs from time to time, but no roaches, rodents or anything of that nature, neighbors are friendly. Overall this is a nice place to live.
