GREAT PLACE!!!!

I was wonder though, who decides if a maintenance request is a "petty complaint"' According to Aimco policy, " ALL MAINTENANCE AND COMPLAINTS REQUEST WILL BE RESPONDED WITHIN 24 HOURS OR RENT WILL BE REDUCED".That's what we love about Aimco.We know our educated Aimico employees will not compromise our community.
I hope that any Aimco community isn't relying on one individual to make there own priority corporate promise.
