Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have never gotten an apartment in such bad conditions, and a lot of the problems werent fixed til 6 months after asking constantly to get things done. they fixed up the outside very nice but unfortunately they dont put the same amount of effort on fixing anything thats wrong with the apartments.
