OMG I have been with Sawgrass since 09-01-06 and this is THE most terrible place I have ever lived. I have had so many problems with my apt. Most recently, water was leaking from the apt. upsatairs and it was flooding my apt. This happened a month ago and three knocked down walls, duct tape, stained carpet, and 19 non-competent workers later , my apt. is still flooding. My apt. is a disaster right now. I call it Hurricane Sawgrss! They actually had the nerve to want me to pay full rent! I could go on and on for 5 hours about this place. So please DO NOT for your own wellbeing, move to Sawgrass. And for the rent to over $1.000.00, there is nothing luxurious about it. ok- I'm done
