I really dont know why Im mentioning this because I know management doesnt care but here we go any way the garbage compactor has not worked since the last business 12-20-07 there is a ton of garbage next to the compactor if we have maintainance that live here whats the problem' The security gate we pay so much for still has not worked in 4 months i saw a security guard does not leave his car does not check guests.Once again why should they care i bet the gate where they live works!MERRY X-MAS TO US odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I am very sorry you feel that way. The compactor is on a contract with a garbage company and Maint is not responsible for fixing it. Please know they are just as equally upset if not more when its broken because they have to clean it up. (not you). As far as the gate is concerned, it gets fixed constanly and the residents and their guest are constanly ramming it with their cars and breaking it. So to be helpful if you see who the culprets are please let the office know who is causing the damage so they can evict those people. Mgmt does care, they do not want SR to become like the rest of the communities in the area. It is very important to keep the place up and good people living there. JUst wanted you to hear an other side. X-employee and resident.

It was horrible living here!! Every time I tried to get some piece and quiet I had to listen to the sound of helicopters flying over the apts. I have been searched by the police more than one time trying to exit my own apt. that I paid rent for every month. Rent that was too high for no accommodations. Maintenance sucked and whatever was broken when we moved into the apartment we either had to fix ourselves or it remained broken until we moved out. Just heads up if you are looking for a great and safe place to live I would not recommend Seminole ridge.
