I must say that I read the past review and I have to agree with all that was said. I will begin with the office staff. I have never seen a more poor excuse of a staff that this. They are VERY uncaring impersonable and rude. They do not care about the residents and do not offer any extra help with anything. I have never dealt with such bitter people. Anytime something needed to get done, it was eighter late or not done at all. God forbid if you need to contact them via telephone....you will get the even ruder answering service that eighter does not get the message to the office staff or the office staff just decides to not return the call. This place is the perfect example of the ghetto!!! If you are more concerned with price than saftey, than Park South is the place to live! There are more break-ins than anything else. I am a grown man and I felt VERY unsafe living there. The pools are gross...the people are gross and the grounds are not kept well at all! My apartment looked NOTHING like the model! The appliences were old and broken, the blinds were all bent up and I could hear the neighbor upstairs beat his girlfriend in the middle of the night and how many times can the fire alarm go off in one day' One lesson I learned is you get what you pay for....Park South is cheap but so is everything that comes with it! I know pay a whole lot more to live downtown in a great place that offers all that I need...sure I pay a lot more now but at least I'm not in the Ghetto anymore. Over all Park South is a dump...I would not recommend the place to anybody unless your looking to live with a lower class group of people and staff.

P.S. I think the 1st review was written by an office staff (probably Maria or Billie...it just sounds too made up).
